- Degree in relevant field (Engineering – Mechanical/Civil)
- Ability to provide technical leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, complimented by influencing/negotiation skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within a corporate environment
- Liaison with Clients
- Responsible for meetings all contract deliverables and performance levels; including final approval and submission of all variation calculations, scope changes/additions/deletions and other contract related changes.
- Client and supplier relationship management through regular meetings and reporting
- Broad and extensive knowledge and expertise and proven understanding of contract management.
- Ability to maintain a high level of strong client relations and expanding scope of works with existing clients, as well as sharing lessons learned, and innovative approaches.
- An ability to work well with others and build a positive and friendly working relationship across the team supporting colleagues as necessary
- Between 1-3 years’ experience in the field
